I am well known for my quirky taste(s), and one of the best parts about developing recipes has been creating unusual combinations. I don’t worry about whether or not any of our readers actually make the recipes; I just keep creating. It is what makes me tick, honestly.
I’ve been going back over TrailCooking and finding those recipes that don’t have photos and have never been updated. They often were some of the first recipes I created, and some are nearly 20 years old. So it’s been a fun run to remake them again.
