Avy-Cran Wraps
Ingredients:
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 oz cream cheese
  • 1 T dried cranberries
  • 1 large flour tortilla

At home:

Put the cranberries in a small bag. Pack with everything else.

In camp:

Spread the cream cheese on the tortilla and sprinkle the cranberries on top.

Take a paper towel and fold into quarters. Put that in your left palm, place the avocado on it. Carefully cut the avocado in half using a clean knife. Remove the pit carefully! Using your spoon, pop the flesh loose from the skin. Cut in slices carefully and place on the wrap.

Roll up and eat.

Notes:
Avocados are sturdier than you would think – just pad them with a paper towel or two and carry them in your mug. This is a great wrap for your second day out.
