In these recipes I use mostly freeze-dried for the ingredients to get a quick meal made. We use Thrive Life for our freeze-dried. The meat I have found is the best quality out there.
I’ve also added a mason jar method for taking meals on-the-go with you, a green alternative to using plastic bags to store ingredients in, if you are using the meals for travel, such as at hotels, car camping and so on. And that’s a positive thing – it is very easy to get hot water in a hotel, be it down at the coffee station or using a coffee maker in your room.
Directions for FBC and insulated mug are included.
The meals are gluten-free, and the carbs are from only the vegetables. You can serve both recipes on tortillas for a quick taco, or over rice, for a filling meal.
