New Recipe:Two Meat Plate

With over 35 grams of protein, this dish will fill and sustain you. With just enough carbs, but not too much, the sauce soaks into the rice for a tasty repast.

Pack all the dry ingredients in a quart freezer or MRE mylar bag.

FBC Method:

Place the freezer bag in an FBC Cozy and add the oil and 1¼ cups boiled water. Stir well and seal tightly. Let sit for 15 minutes. If using a mylar bag, add oil and water directly to the bag and proceed.

One Pot Method:

Add 1¼ cups water and oil to a pot and bring to a boil. Add in dry ingredients, stirring well. Put on the lid and remove it from the stove. Let sit for 15 minutes.

If in cooler temperatures or at higher altitudes, use a pot cozy.

Serves 1.
