A great option for a healthy, nutrient packed breakfast when you need a commercial option. The Good Day Sunshine Bowl is both vegan friendly and dairy-free. With rolled oats, hemp hearts, chia seeds, amaranth, quinoa, toasted almonds and pecans, mango, cranberries and currants with a pinch of organic Vermont maple syrup, this breakfast fuels you with complex carbohydrates and plenty of fiber. Sure, you could make this at home, but when you don’t have time to cook, consider this one for the hiker pantry.

It’s made with hot water, for a warming breakfast. Great for cold mornings in the summer, when one is high in alpine. Take the chill off. It’s a quick prep, so it won’t bog you down time wise.
