I found Siete Gran Free Chips last year, and fell in love with them. I didn’t realize they also made cookies till I saw a display at a local Food Lion grocery store in West Virginia. And that they were running a BOGO lured me right in to try them out.
Siete Grain Free Cookies have a relatively short ingredient list and are naturally lower in sugar – for example, 5 of the Mexican Shortbread cookies have only 5 grams of sugar (all added). This isn’t a keto MLM scheme, where the item has a ton of fiber to negate the sugar. It’s normal. The only downside is that they contain almond flour, so I can only enjoy these cookies when our youngest is at school. Which is fine, they make a great snack for hiking! Till summer hiking đŸ˜‰ As an allergy parent, I don’t eat at home, but I enjoy nuts when he isn’t with me!
No artificial coloring, flavors, or preservatives either.

Mexican Shortbread. The cookies are nicely firm, as shortbread should be, and gently dusted with sugar. With a nice crunch, they satisfy a sweet tooth.
They can be found at Amazon as well, at $4.48.

Mexican Vanilla Chocolate Chip.
A traditional cookie – that’s two bite-sized and delicious. It’s crunchy. It hits the spot.

Love Mexican Wedding cookies? Usually, they are encrusted in miles of powdered sugar. This is the far healthier version. They are crunchy and satisfying.
I enjoyed all three varieties—they don’t have a gluten-free texture and no weird aftertaste. That’s because the cookies are not full of xanthan and guar gums! You feel like you are getting a treat but not beating yourself up afterward.
They also make a strawberry cream cookie, but sadly, I couldn’t find it in person.
Well worth the cost, these are worth it if you avoid grains. It’s a nice treat – especially when hiking.
