Peanut Butter “Fudge” Bars

Peanut Butter “Fudge” Bars
  • 1½ cups quick cooking rolled oats
  • 1 can 14-ounces condensed milk
  • 1 package 12-ounces semisweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt

At home:

Preheat oven to 350*.

Combine oats, milk, salt and vanilla. Stir in peanut butter and chips. Press into a 8X8″ baking pan (greased and or lined with parchment paper). Bake for 30 minutes.

Cool, cut in 9 pieces and wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
