Creamsicle Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein mix (see notes)
- 1 Tbsp yogurt powder
- 1½ Tbsp dry milk
- ¼ cup crushed freeze-dried oranges (½ ounce)
- ½ tsp vanilla powder
At home:
Pack the dry ingredients in a sandwich bag, sealing tightly.
To prepare:
Add in 1 cup cold water, seal bag tightly and shake till dissolved. If you have a large mug, put on the lid, cover the sip hole and shake for a good minute.
