Creamsicle Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein mix (see notes)
  • 1 Tbsp yogurt powder
  • 1½ Tbsp dry milk
  • ¼ cup crushed freeze-dried oranges (½ ounce)
  • ½ tsp vanilla powder

At home:

Pack the dry ingredients in a sandwich bag, sealing tightly.

To prepare:

Add in 1 cup cold water, seal bag tightly and shake till dissolved. If you have a large mug, put on the lid, cover the sip hole and shake for a good minute.

Notes:
Nutritional stats: 238 calories / 2 grams fat / 3 grams fiber / 165 mg sodium / 29 grams protein. Weight: 2½ ounces.
