Chia Seed Pudding

An easy to make gluten-free dessert –

Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp coconut cream powder
  • 2 Tbsp chia seed
  • 1 cup cool water

Directions:
Pack coconut cream powder and chia seed in a sandwich bag. In camp, add 1 cup water and smudge together to mix. It will gel into something resembling tapioca pudding in
about 20 minutes. No refrigeration, no heating, add a bit of sweetener if you want.

Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp coconut cream powder
  • 3 Tbsp chia seed
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp baker’s sugar (ultrafine sugar)

Directions:
Pack ingredients in a sandwich bag. In camp, add 1 cup cold water and massage to mix thoroughly, let sit for 20 minutes.
