Raisin Nut Bulgur
- ¼ cup bulgur
- 2 Tbsp raisins
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp almonds (toasted and chopped)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp coconut cream or milk powder
Mix all ingredients into a pint freezer bag.
Add ½ cup near boiling water. Stir well, seal tightly and put in a cozy for 15 minutes.
Insulated mug method:
Add ½ cup boiling water. Stir well, cover tightly and let sit for 15 minutes.
