Fruit Compote

Ingredients:
  • ½ cup dried berries and fruit of choice
Directions:

At home, pack in a pint-freezer or sandwich bag.

FBC Method:

Add ½ cup near boiling water to cover, seal tightly, and put in an FBC cozy for 10 minutes.

If desired, drain off any remaining water and toss with a tablespoon of brown sugar and/or some “adult” beverage of choice.

Insulated mug method:

Add fruit to mug and cover with boiling water. Follow the directions above.

Serves 1.
Notes:
Dried strawberries, blueberries, and cranberries work well.
