PB Fudge

PB Fudge
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • 6 Tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup milk chocolate chips

In a small saucepan combine the ingredients and heat over medium low. As soon as the chocolate melts and is incorporated, take off the heat and pack in a sandwich box size container (or small glass pan).

Stash in the refrigerator till cold, then pack for your trip. You can take the sandwich box and cut off portions or cut and stash in a small bag.

On the peanut butter: Use chunky or smooth, your choice. Feel free to substitute other nut butters. Use natural butters, most commercial PB’s are full of excess sugar and not so good fats. It will also affect the fudge if you do.
Substitute dark or semi-sweet chocolate as desired.
