Low Sodium ‘Soy sauce’
Ingredients:
- 2 T low sodium beef bouillon
- 2 t red wine vinegar
- 1 t molasses
- 1⁄8 ground ginger
- 1⁄8 t dried garlic
- 1⁄8 t ground black pepper
- 3⁄4 c water
Instructions:
In small saucepan, combine and boil gently uncovered about 5 minutes or till mixture is reduced to 1/2 cup. Store in refrigerator. Stir before using. Will gel sometimes in refrigerator, but it does not affect it.
Will last on the trail for a couple days, do not take in extremely hot weather.
