Awhile back I came across Crunch Co. precut parchment paper for Harvest Right freeze-dryers. We have a Large sized machine, so I picked up a 150 count package on Amazon to try out.
I normally use the silicone tray liners that Harvest Right makes, but when running batches of eggs, it is easier to have disposable liners. The tray liners are fully compostable, so I do not feel bad about using them, and we compost a lot on our homestead.
They fit the trays perfectly.
Not having to trim rolled parchment paper saves time and less frustration. And no waste, either. Normally, I have to trim and toss quite a bit of paper to fit to the trays.
They are very slick as well.
It’s a simple item, and it works. So, it’s not a glorious review, but it’s that simple. If you are looking for a way to have less mess when freeze-drying, parchment paper precut is the way to go.
