Peanut Butter “Fudge” Bars
Ingredients:
- 1½ cups quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1 can 14-ounce condensed milk
- 1 package 12-ounce semisweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup chunky peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
At home:
Preheat oven to 350*.
Combine oats, milk, salt, and vanilla. Stir in peanut butter and chips. Press into an 8X8″ baking pan (greased or lined with parchment paper). Bake for 30 minutes.
Cool, cut in 9 pieces, and wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
