Creamsicle Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein mix
- 1 Tbsp freeze-dried yogurt powder
- 1½ Tbsp dry milk
- ¼ cup crushed freeze-dried oranges or powdered freeze-dried orange (½ ounce)
- ½ tsp vanilla powder
At home:
Pack the dry ingredients in a zip-top sandwich bag, sealing tightly.
To prepare:
Add 1 cup cold water, seal the bag tightly, and shake till dissolved. If you have a large mug, put on the lid, cover the sip hole, and shake for a good minute.
A blender bottle is a great choice if car camping, or you don’t mind the minimal weight.
