3D Printing A UL Knife

Kirk printed me a set of simple UL utility knives for hiking, my garden, car, and such.

A simple design, the blade is a fixed razor blade (the ones used in box cutters) that can be replaced as needed.

For my backpack? You know it has to be baby, er sky, blue.

With sheath off:

For the car and garden:

They weigh 1½ ounces (42 grams).

The handle is held in place with 2 screws, the blade with a 3rd screw.

It features a blade cover that clicks on and pops off with a little pressure.

Color choices are up to you – and what you put in your 3D printer.
