Vanilla Coconut Pudding
Ingredients:
- 1 box (4 serving) size instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2⁄3 cup dry milk
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions:
Pack the pudding mix, dry milk, coconut, and cinnamon at home in a quart freezer bag.
In camp:
Add 2 cups cold water, seal tightly, and shake for 2 minutes until well mixed. Stash in a cold stream or snowbank until after dinner.
Serve topped with more coconut if desired.
Serves 4.
