Capuccino Pudding

Capuccino Pudding
  • 1 packet (4 serving) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2/3 cup dry milk
  • 2 tsp instant espresso powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

In a quart freezer or sandwich bag pack the pudding, milk and espresso powders. Pack the cinnamon in a small bag.

Take 1¾ cups very cold water, add to the bag and seal well. Shake for 1 – 2 minutes till it starts to thicken. If you can, let the pudding rest in a cold snow bank, stream or lake for 20 minutes.

Serves 4.
